Mani is a strategic and results-driven profit and loss (P&L) leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. As General Manager of Ignova Mechanical, he is responsible for scaling the business, optimizing cost structures, and delivering exceptional customer value.
With over 25 years of experience in aerospace & defense and other industrial sectors, Mani has successfully led businesses, supply chain transformations, and product management initiatives.
Prior to joining Ignova Mechanical, Mani was the Executive Director at General Electric, where he led the Controls Business with full P&L responsibility. Before that, he spent over a decade at Honeywell Aerospace in key leadership roles, including Supply Chain and General Manager of the Electric Power business. Mani also has extensive experience driving lean transformations and operational turnarounds in complex manufacturing environments.
Mani holds a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and brings a hands-on, disciplined approach to driving sustainable business growth and operational efficiency.
