Ignova Mechanical builds on a strong heritage dating back to the mid-1980s with CGS Technologies, a trusted gaskets and die-cut components provider for aerospace and defense. Expanded through Systems Integrators into precision machining, and unified by Ignova Ventures in 2025, we combine decades of expertise with modern manufacturing capability.

Today, we deliver precision machining and advanced gasket solutions from our AS9100D-certified, ITAR-registered facility in Glendale, Arizona. Customers count on us for tight-tolerance parts, complex material conversions, and full traceability — meeting rigorous aerospace, defense, and semiconductor requirements while strengthening U.S. supply chains.

Mani Elango brings over 25 years of leadership in aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing. Before leading Ignova Mechanical, he ran major businesses at General Electric and spent more than a decade at Honeywell Aerospace, managing complex programs and supplier networks that serve many of the world’s most demanding OEMs.

At Ignova Mechanical, Mani combines deep operational expertise with a customer-first mindset — ensuring precision, speed, and reliability from design to delivery. As General Manager, he’s directly accountable for your program’s success and committed to building long-term partnerships built on performance, quality, and trust.
