Inspection Capabilities

Our AS9100 certified processes include the use of optical comparators and MicroVu vision inspection for precise evaluations. We conduct height gauge and caliper checks to ensure accuracy in gasket manufacturing and precision machining. Profile and tolerance verification (±0.005″ typical) is standard practice. Additionally, we provide First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and Certificates of Conformance (CofC), along with full material traceability and lot control.
